Down With Disease
All PHOOTYKITS are made-to-order. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) need to be reached a design can go into production, so all orders are essentially PRE-ORDERS until that is the case.
Deadlines for order windows are determined once MOQ is reached. All preorders are non-binding. Payments are collected collected once order window closes. Payment is via Paypal only.
Production starts once all payments have been collected, and takes about 1-2 weeks depending on design complexity.
Shipping is via USPS and takes 3-5 weeks in regular times, 4-8 weeks in COVID-19 times.
